This food system is glued together by the activities of the Yuba Foothills Agricultural Communities Association (YFACA), which harnesses the expertise and enthusiasm of these producers to provide year-round homesteader classes. Click this link to learn more!

YFACA also keeps an eye out for seniors needing food and other services, with monthly distributions and meals, as well as seasonal community efforts such as firewood splitting and distribution. Its reach is expanding beyond Oregon House to serve the rest of Yuba County.
